This mixed media picture in pastels and gouache [opaque watercolour] of Irish Red Setter ‘Morgan’ was commissioned from Derbyshire based pet portrait artist John Twinning by Jean for her husband Graham as a Christmas present. The full animal head study was created from a ‘photoshopped’ photograph taken by the owner.
